- 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a large pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pan; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and diced tomatoes; season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
