Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper.
