Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.
- In a slow cooker, combine cranberry sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, and rosemary.
- Place the seasoned roast in the slow cooker and cover with the cranberry mixture.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.
