Description

This slow cooker beef ramen is a cozy, flavorful, and effortless dish featuring tender beef in a savory broth.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast, trimmed and cut into chunks
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 2 green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Step 2: Add beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, onion, and carrots to the slow cooker.
  3. Step 3: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
  4. Step 4: About 15 minutes before serving, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and add to the slow cooker.
  5. Step 5: Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chili flakes. Use low-sodium ingredients to control salt levels.
