- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, trimmed and cut into chunks
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 package ramen noodles
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1: Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Step 2: Add beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, onion, and carrots to the slow cooker.
- Step 3: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
- Step 4: About 15 minutes before serving, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and add to the slow cooker.
- Step 5: Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chili flakes. Use low-sodium ingredients to control salt levels.
