For the Crust:
- 1 spiral-cut ham (7–8 pounds)
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Place the spiral ham in the slow cooker, flat side down.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, and cinnamon.
- Pour the glaze mixture over the ham, ensuring it seeps into the slices.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, basting occasionally with the glaze.
- Transfer the ham to a baking sheet, brush with remaining glaze, and broil for 3-5 minutes until caramelized and crispy.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
