Description

Easy slow cooker carrots with a sweet glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place carrots in the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, brown sugar, butter, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Pour the mixture over the carrots and stir to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until carrots are tender.
