- 2 pounds carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Place carrots in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, brown sugar, butter, salt, and cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture over the carrots and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until carrots are tender.
