For the Crust:
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets and chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
