Description

These old-fashioned butter mints are soft and perfect for Christmas.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat butter until creamy.
  2. Gradually add sugar and cream until mixture forms a dough.
  3. Add extract and color.
  4. Shape into peppermint shapes.
  5. Let dry.
