Ingredients

- 200g active sourdough starter
- 300ml water
- 2 apples, sliced
- 50g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 10g salt
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, water, and flour until a shaggy dough forms.
- Add salt and knead for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 4 hours.
- Incorporate sliced apples, sugar, and cinnamon into the dough.
- Spread the dough on a baking tray and let it proof for another 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 220ยฐC.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
