Description

A fun twist on spaghetti, served inside garlic bread bowls for a cheesy, flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 loaf round bread
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown ground beef with salt and pepper; drain fat and mix with marinara sauce.
  4. Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside to create a bowl.
  5. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush inside the bread bowl.
  6. Fill the bread bowl with cooked spaghetti and beef mixture, then top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure the bread is sturdy enough to hold the spaghetti without sogginess. For a vegetarian version, omit the ground beef.
