- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Sparkling sugar for coating
Instructions
- In a heatproof bowl, combine chopped dark chocolate and heavy cream.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour until firm.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
- Roll the balls in sparkling sugar to coat.
- Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.
