Description

Delicious truffles infused with pumpkin spice and a sparkling touch, perfect for fall celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Sparkling sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. In a heatproof bowl, combine chopped dark chocolate and heavy cream.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour until firm.
  5. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  6. Roll the balls in sparkling sugar to coat.
  7. Chill for another 30 minutes before serving.
