This Buffalo Chicken Lasagna is a spicy, cheesy twist on traditional lasagna, featuring layers of tender chicken, buffalo sauce, and melted cheese for the perfect dinner.

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, garlic, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer with noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a milder version, use half the buffalo sauce and add extra cheese. Pairs well with a side salad.
