For the Crust:

  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken strips with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.
  4. In a separate saucepan over medium heat, combine Velveeta cheese and heavy cream. Stir continuously until smooth and creamy. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the chicken in the skillet. Pour the Velveeta garlic cream sauce over the mixture. Toss until well coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
