A spicy Southern casserole featuring chicken and spaghetti with bold flavors.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and transfer to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For extra heat, add cayenne pepper to taste. Serve with garlic bread.
