Description

A cheesy and easy pasta bake featuring spinach and ricotta, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine the mixture with the cooked pasta and transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
