- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the mixture with the cooked pasta and transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
