Description
Tender steak bites combined with rotini pasta in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce for a flavorful meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the rotini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sautรฉ for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked rotini and steak bites back to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
