Description

Tender steak bites combined with rotini pasta in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the rotini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sautรฉ for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rotini and steak bites back to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
