- 2 beef steaks
- 2 ears of corn, husked
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a hot skillet, sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add the corn and cook until charred, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
