- 4 large eggs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Season the steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a plate.
- In the same skillet, add butter and fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
- Serve the steaks with the fried eggs on top or on the side.
