Description

A classic breakfast dish featuring perfectly seared steak and fried eggs, ideal for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter and fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
  5. Serve the steaks with the fried eggs on top or on the side.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature steaks and fresh eggs. Pair with toast for a complete meal.
