Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steaks and let them rest.
  5. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook until desired doneness.
  6. Serve the eggs on top of the steaks and garnish with herbs.
