Description

A hearty dish combining juicy steak, perfectly cooked eggs, and succulent shrimp for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 8 oz each)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. In another pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and shrimp, cooking for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink.
  5. Plate the steaks, top with eggs, and add shrimp on the side.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients and serve immediately. Pairs well with a side salad.
