- 2 ribeye steaks (about 8 oz each)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side.
- In another pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up for 2-3 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and shrimp, cooking for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink.
- Plate the steaks, top with eggs, and add shrimp on the side.
