A delicious pasta dish featuring tender steak and shrimp tossed in a flavorful garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz steak, sliced into strips
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz pasta (such as spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Return the steak to the skillet. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic and shrimp mixture.
