Description

A delicious pasta dish featuring tender steak and shrimp tossed in a flavorful garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz steak, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz pasta (such as spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  4. Return the steak to the skillet. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic and shrimp mixture.
