Description

A delicious and hearty noodle stir-fry dish featuring tender steak, succulent shrimp, and colorful vegetables.

For the Crust:

  • 200g beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200g egg noodles
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the steak slices and shrimp to the pan. Stir-fry until the steak is browned and the shrimp turn pink.
  4. Add the red bell pepper and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Mix in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine all ingredients and heat through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
