For the Crust:
- 200g beef steak, thinly sliced
- 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 200g egg noodles
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the steak slices and shrimp to the pan. Stir-fry until the steak is browned and the shrimp turn pink.
- Add the red bell pepper and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Mix in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine all ingredients and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
