Description

Delicious bite-sized strawberry cake balls made with fresh strawberries, cake mix, and cream cheese, perfect for desserts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions using water, oil, and eggs.
  3. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool, then crumble it into a large bowl.
  5. Mix in the chopped strawberries and softened cream cheese until well combined.
  6. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Melt the white chocolate chips and dip each ball to coat.
  8. Place the coated balls on wax paper and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.

Notes

These can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Add extra strawberries for more flavor.
