- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups white chocolate chips for coating
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions using water, oil, and eggs.
- Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool, then crumble it into a large bowl.
- Mix in the chopped strawberries and softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and dip each ball to coat.
- Place the coated balls on wax paper and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
Notes
These can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Add extra strawberries for more flavor.
