- 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well mixed.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped strawberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a softer cookie, avoid overbaking. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
