Easy strawberry-flavored crinkle cookies made with cake mix for a quick dessert.

- 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra flavor, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the dough. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
