- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200g chocolate, melted
- 1 package graham crackers, crushed
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream.
- Layer the mixture in a pan with melted chocolate and crushed graham crackers.
- Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
- Serve chilled.
