Description

A decadent ice cream cake featuring layers of strawberry and chocolate flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200g chocolate, melted
  • 1 package graham crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream.
  4. Layer the mixture in a pan with melted chocolate and crushed graham crackers.
  5. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Serve chilled.
