Description

A delightful fusion of fresh strawberry crepes and a creamy strawberry milkshake for a refreshing dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup strawberry syrup
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine strawberries, milk, and ice cream; blend until smooth and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, and salt to make crepe batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in 1/4 cup of batter; cook for 2 minutes per side.
  4. Fill the crepe with strawberry mixture and fold.
  5. Serve the crepe with a side of strawberry milkshake and top with whipped cream.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor; can be garnished with fresh mint.
