- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
- Powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Stir in cake mix until combined.
- Fold in strawberry preserves.
- Scoop dough into balls, roll in powdered sugar, and place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool on wire rack before serving.
