Description

These strawberry shortbread cookies are buttery and infused with fresh strawberries, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
