- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Top with sliced strawberries and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into bars and serve chilled.
Notes
For best results, use fresh strawberries; store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
