A delicious and hearty dish featuring jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a savory mixture of ground turkey, spinach, and ricotta cheese, topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

For the Crust:

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cooked turkey and spinach mixture with the ricotta cheese.
  5. Fill each pasta shell with the turkey and ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
  6. Pour the marinara sauce over the shells and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
