A delicious cheesecake with a sugar cookie crust, combining the best of both desserts.

- 2 cups crushed sugar cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- Optional: Sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed sugar cookies and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Add sprinkles if desired.
