A delightful summer dessert combining peach cobbler flavors with a poke cake base.
Ingredients

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup fresh peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions using water, oil, and eggs.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes all over the top using the end of a wooden spoon.
- In a bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until thickened, then pour over the cake, spreading evenly.
- Spread the peach pie filling over the pudding layer and top with fresh peach slices.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for the best flavor.
