Delicious meatballs simmered in a sweet chili sauce in a crockpot for an easy meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, and green onions. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Stir gently before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
