For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (9 inch) refrigerated pie crust
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread the cooked taco meat evenly into the pie crust. Spoon the sour cream over the meat and spread into an even layer. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Top each slice with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and black olives before serving.
