- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped pickles
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped pickles, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with seafood or as a sandwich spread.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the cayenne pepper. This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
