- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth

Instructions
- Season the cube steak with salt and pepper.
- Place sliced onions at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Lay the seasoned cube steak on top of the onions.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and beef broth; pour over the steak.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
