Description

Delicious lasagna roll-ups filled with three cheeses and sausage, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook Italian sausage until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and egg; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Lay out noodles and spread cheese mixture on each; add sausage and roll up.
  6. Place rolls in the baking dish and top with remaining sauce and cheese.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Make sure to let the rolls cool slightly before serving to avoid burns.
