Description

These decadent tiramisu truffles combine the classic flavors of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone, and cocoa in bite-sized balls coated in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • For the truffles:
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ladyfingers, crushed
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, melted for coating
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone, coffee, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in crushed ladyfingers.
  3. Chill for 1 hour.
  4. Shape into balls.
  5. Dip in melted chocolate and roll in cocoa powder.
