Description
These decadent tiramisu truffles combine the classic flavors of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone, and cocoa in bite-sized balls coated in chocolate.

- 8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ladyfingers, crushed
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted for coating
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, coffee, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in crushed ladyfingers.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Shape into balls.
- Dip in melted chocolate and roll in cocoa powder.
