Description

A decadent, multi-layered chocolate cake featuring dark, milk, and white chocolate mousse.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 150g sugar
  • 600ml heavy cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF). Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler, let it cool slightly, then fold in the beaten egg yolks.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cream to soft peaks. Gently fold a third of it into the dark chocolate mixture. Repeat with milk and white chocolate for their respective layers.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
