A decadent, multi-layered chocolate cake featuring dark, milk, and white chocolate mousse.

For the Crust:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g milk chocolate
- 200g white chocolate
- 6 eggs, separated
- 150g sugar
- 600ml heavy cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF). Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan.
- Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler, let it cool slightly, then fold in the beaten egg yolks.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream to soft peaks. Gently fold a third of it into the dark chocolate mixture. Repeat with milk and white chocolate for their respective layers.
