A decadent layered cake featuring dark, milk, and white chocolate mousses on a rich chocolate sponge base.

For the Crust:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g milk chocolate
- 200g white chocolate
- 6 eggs
- 150g sugar
- 300ml heavy cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and prepare a cake tin.
- Melt the dark chocolate and mix with egg yolks and half the sugar. Whip egg whites and fold them in. Bake for 15 minutes.
- For each mousse layer, melt the respective chocolate and fold in whipped heavy cream. Layer over the cooled cake base, chilling each layer before adding the next.
