For the Crust:
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and whipped cream, then spread the mixture evenly over the crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
