For the Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and whipped cream, then spread the mixture evenly over the crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
