  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  2. Add the chopped cilantro and lime juice, then stir to combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
