A quick and delicious Turkish breakfast dish featuring poached eggs on garlic yogurt, topped with spiced butter.

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Aleppo pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt with minced garlic and a pinch of salt; set aside.
- Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer.
- Poach the eggs in the simmering water for about 3-4 minutes until whites are set.
- In a small pan, melt butter and stir in paprika and Aleppo pepper until fragrant.
- Spread the yogurt mixture on plates, top with poached eggs, and drizzle with the spiced butter.
- Garnish with fresh dill and serve with bread.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the Aleppo pepper. Ensure eggs are fresh for perfect poaching.
