Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt with minced garlic and a pinch of salt; set aside.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer.
  3. Poach the eggs in the simmering water for about 3-4 minutes until whites are set.
  4. In a small pan, melt butter and stir in paprika and Aleppo pepper until fragrant.
  5. Spread the yogurt mixture on plates, top with poached eggs, and drizzle with the spiced butter.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with bread.

Notes
