Description
A fresh and healthy chicken salad featuring tzatziki sauce, made with yogurt, cucumber, and herbs.

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 large cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.
- Add the grated and drained cucumber to the sauce and mix well.
- Gently fold in the shredded chicken until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled as a salad or wrap.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. This recipe is best enjoyed fresh.
