Description

A fresh and healthy chicken salad featuring tzatziki sauce, made with yogurt, cucumber, and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 large cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.
  2. Add the grated and drained cucumber to the sauce and mix well.
  3. Gently fold in the shredded chicken until evenly coated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled as a salad or wrap.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. This recipe is best enjoyed fresh.
