For the Crust:
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
- In a blender, puree the fresh strawberries until smooth and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold in the melted chocolate until well combined. Add the strawberry puree in a swirling motion to create a marbled effect. Chill before serving.
