- 50g granulated sugar

Instructions
- In a bowl, sift together almond flour and powdered sugar.
- Whip egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the dry ingredients and vanilla extract gently.
- Divide the batter and add food coloring for red and green batches.
- Pipe the batter onto a baking sheet and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 150°C for 15 minutes, then cool completely.
- Sandwich with your favorite filling and add sprinkles for decoration.
