Description

Delicate French macarons flavored with Christmas spices and decorated with festive colors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g almond flour
  • 200g powdered sugar
  • 75g egg whites
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Red and green food coloring
  • Festive sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, sift together almond flour and powdered sugar.
  2. Whip egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in the dry ingredients and vanilla extract gently.
  4. Divide the batter and add food coloring for red and green batches.
  5. Pipe the batter onto a baking sheet and let rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake at 150°C for 15 minutes, then cool completely.
  7. Sandwich with your favorite filling and add sprinkles for decoration.
