Description

Savory mushrooms stuffed with crab meat, cheese, and herbs, baked to perfection for a delicious appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 24 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 8 ounces crab meat, drained
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  4. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden.
