- 24 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 8 ounces crab meat, drained
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden.
