For the Crust:

  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked beef and sausage back to the skillet, along with the cooked linguine. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
