For the Crust:
- 4 large lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Gently lift the meat and place it on top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture generously over each lobster tail.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices. Serve immediately, stacking the lobster tails for an elegant presentation.
