For the Crust:

  • 4 large lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Gently lift the meat and place it on top of the shell.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture generously over each lobster tail.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices. Serve immediately, stacking the lobster tails for an elegant presentation.
